Job summary

Columbus Regional Health is seeking a Critical Care NP or PA to lead the night ICU at Southeast Indiana Respiratory & Critical Care. This high-autonomy role requires confident, autonomous practice and the ability to manage nocturnal ICU responsibilities from 7pm to 7am.

You will perform critical procedures, lead rapid response teams, and collaborate with ICU RNs and Respiratory Therapists in a patient-first, safety-focused environment in Columbus, IN.

Qualifications

• ICU/CCU experience is required.
• ACNP/PA certification or eligibility preferred.
• Indiana licensure or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole overnight clinical leader managing ICU patients independently.

In this position, you will own 100% of nocturnal procedures and lead rapid response teams while enjoying the security of immediate phone support from an on‑call physician.
