Job summary

Sterling Physician Recruiters, Llc is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient pediatric role in NW Ohio, just outside Toledo. You will join a collaborative care team currently with 3 pediatric providers.

The position focuses on wellness checks, immunizations, sick visits, and sport physicals in an outpatient setting. Live in a suburban area with a high quality of life, light call, and Cerner EMR.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• At least 2 years pediatric experience.
• Ohio license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient pediatric care including wellness checks, immunizations, sick visits and sports physicals.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and primary care physicians in a team-based model.
• Light on-call duties (approximately 1:3).

Join a collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians. Currently 3 Pediatric providers. Support patients with wellness check, immunizations, sick visits, and sport physicals. Outpatient practice; no inpatient service. Average 25 patients p/day. Light call required: 1:3. .Cerner EMR.

Requirements

• Board Certified: Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
• 2 years pediatric experience
• OH license, or eligible

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary to $130K
• Uncapped productivity incentives to $20k annually
• Signing bonus to $10k
• Relocation assistance to $5k (negotiable)
