ChristianaCare's MICU team is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in a full-time night shift with day rotations in our Medical Intensive Care Unit at Christiana Hospital. You will care for critically ill patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patients and families in high-stakes situations.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months).
• Strong critical thinking and compassionate patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in high-acuity unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team for interventions.
