Qualifications

• GED or HS diploma is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 45 days.
• Nurse Aide in good standing as per state registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and ambulation.
• Document vital signs and care in EMR accurately.
• Perform rounding and communicate observations to RN.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN supervision.
