WellStar is seeking a Night shift RN Clinical Charge Nurse to direct daily unit activities and lead an interdisciplinary team. This role may involve taking modified patient care assignments and ensuring safe, high-quality care for patients during the night shift.

As a licensed RN, you will collaborate with Nurse Managers and leaders under WellStar governance, manage bed flow, and support the department with staffing and rounds.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Georgia.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership nursing role is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily unit activities on the assigned shift.
• Lead and support an interdisciplinary health care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Assist with staff scheduling, bed flow, and physician rounds to optimize unit operations.
• Provide patient-centered care and maintain professional nursing practice standards.
