Job summary

Capital Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse to deliver quality patient care in a high-performing team. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care, support pain management and discharge planning, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality across shifts.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in nursing, NJ RN licensure, and BLS. Additional certifications (TNCC/ACLS/NRP/PALS) may be required based on unit assignment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited school.
• RN license in NJ.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider.
• TNCC within 1 year for specified units.
• ACLS within 6 months for specified units.
• NRP/PALS as required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality care to patients through a team-based nursing process.
• Ensures patient safety by following policies and procedures.
• Provides support for pain management and discharge planning.
• Performs handoffs and communicates effectively with care team.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and Joint Commission readiness.
