Capital Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across its hospitals and outpatient centers. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, ensure safety, educate patients and families, and support discharge planning.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, NJ RN licensure, and BLS certification. This is a full-time hospital position.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• One year related experience or training.
• AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider, RN in NJ.

Responsabilités

• Plans and provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with case managers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educates patients and families about conditions and treatments.
• Documents care and discharge plans with clear communication.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to policies.
• Assists in coordinating multidisciplinary care across units.
