• Supports pain management and patient education on medications.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Documents discharge planning to maximize functional recovery.
• Participates in performance improvement and Joint Commission readiness.
• Assists with care coordination and handoffs between shifts and units.
