Teton County Hospital District in Jackson, WY seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide age-appropriate care under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. This role includes basic patient care, vital signs, telemetry monitoring and assistance with admission, transfer and discharge.

The ideal candidate will hold WY CNA license or equivalent, complete Basic Dysrhythmia within 6 months, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and computer skills.

Formación

• Completion of a Certified Nursing Aide or EMT or Paramedic course.
• Successful completion of Basic Dysrhythmia within 6 months of hire.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patient rooms and assist admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Record vitals, monitor data, and assist with telemetry.
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative care and patient transport.
• Perform rounds, respond to patient call lights, and anticipate needs.
• Assist in isolation care and wound care as competency allows.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and report changes to supervision.
