Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited CNA course and Wyoming CNA license.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide age- and developmentally appropriate personal care to residents.
• Document meals and fluid intake and follow daily care plans.
• Maintain resident safety and respond to alarms and calls promptly.
• Assist in home health visits under RN guidance and use DME as directed.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and participate in team meetings.
