Northwest Health is seeking a Supervisor for the ICU to lead daily operations, manage staffing, and uphold high-quality, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit. This role provides leadership to the nursing team and supports strategies to improve outcomes, efficiency, and patient experience.

The Supervisor ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards while fostering accountability and excellence in care delivery.

Qualifications

• RN license required (state licensure)
• 1–2 years of related nursing experience required
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred

• Oversees daily ICU operations and staffing to ensure optimal resource use and care standards.
• Promotes evidence-based practices and quality improvement to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
• Leads the nursing team, ensuring accountability and high-quality patient interactions.
