Job summary

Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, is seeking an ICU nurse to provide direct clinical patient care under the unit manager. The role includes assessing and planning age-appropriate care for assigned patients, and supervising staff to ensure safe, high-quality care per shift.

Under the supervision of the CNO, you will help maintain competency of clinical staff and manage resources to support patient outcomes in a 16-bed ICU of Northwest Hospital in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Direct clinical patient care under the supervision of the unit manager.
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement age-appropriate clinical care for assigned patients per shift.
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe nursing care and appropriate resource management.
