Resurrection Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nursing Supervisor to lead the Critical Care ICU team, ensuring high-quality patient care, staffing oversight, and regulatory compliance. This full-time days shift includes rotating weekends and collaborates closely with the unit Director.

You will develop unit plans, lead staff orientation, coordinate with physicians and administration, and supervise performance and care plans while performing direct patient care as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required upon hire and maintained.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in supervision.

Aufgaben

• Supports administrative responsibility for department service functions and collaborates with unit Director/Manager.
• Develops and implements departmental plans, including PI activities and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees orientation and training of personnel; communicates with staff, physicians, and administration.
• Responsible for staff quality, directs and evaluates personnel, ensures efficient unit operations.
• Performs direct patient care as needed within scope of practice and guides ongoing care plans.
