Job summary

SRMC is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for an inpatient setting on the night shift. The role includes independent practice, managing critical care patients and performing procedures as required by state protocols.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of APP experience in critical care, with the ability to work independently during nights, weekends, and holidays as part of rotating schedules. Night stipends and relocation support are noted in benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of directly related APP experience
• Experience with critical care procedures and patient management
• Ability to work nights and shift rotations including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Follow patient safety policies and protocols
• Assess, diagnose and develop treatment plans within scope
• Provide patient education and discharge planning
• Order and interpret diagnostic procedures; document in medical records
• Serve as role model and clinical resource to staff
