Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an ICT Support Team Manager to lead a dedicated team delivering ICT services. The role requires attendance at the Dorchester Centre about 4 days weekly, with flexibility to work from home or other offices when not on site.

The ideal candidate will have proven management experience, strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks under changing conditions, ensuring high-quality user support and project delivery.

Formación

• Management experience at E grade or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise work under changing circumstances.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ICT support team and coordinate service delivery.
• Monitor progress against targets and adjust plans as needed.
• Attend meetings and travel to multiple service locations.
