Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team seeks an Information and Communications Technology Designer to perform basic technical duties under supervision. You will develop ICT designs, conduct site surveys, and prepare deliverables within project scope.

Ideal candidates have accredited engineering credentials and 5+ years in ICT design, with experience in mission critical facilities. CAD, Revit, and Bluebeam proficiency are required for collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years related industry experience preferred.
• Experience with ICT design within Mission Critical Facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops systems designs within own discipline with minimal supervision.
• Performs site visits for surveys, progress inspections, and final punch lists.
• Prepares project deliverables per the client’s intent and scope of work in Stantec's proposal.
• Follows Stantec’s quality management process; reviews project deliverables before submitting to QA/QC reviewer.
• Acts to support project management by planning tasks, coordinating with disciplines, and ensuring timely execution.
