Job summary

Sundial Logistics LLC is seeking an ICQA Specialist to perform cycle counts, verify inventory in warehouse locations, and support dating verification. The role involves auditing inbound receiving, researching variances, and coordinating handling of obsolete or at-risk stock.

Safety and teamwork are emphasized throughout the shift. Candidates should have 2–5 years of related warehouse experience and be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years related warehouse/inventory experience
• Ability to lift 20–60 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Familiar with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate cycle counts of inventory locations using computers, handheld devices, or forms
• Research and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory; document errors
• Validate dating of product in the warehouse and update records
• Daily audit of inbound receiving; investigate variances and report root causes
• Assist buyers with item checks and internal code transfers in the warehouse
• Coordinate handling of obsolete or at-risk inventory (vendor returns, donations, recalls)
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances
• Perform other duties as assigned
