Job summary

Sundial Logistics LLC is seeking an ICQA Specialist for our Milwaukie, OR facility. This full-time role focuses on cycle counting, verifying product locations, and auditing inventory records to ensure accuracy and reduce variances.

The position starts at $22 per hour with full benefits. Training occurs at the Troutdale, OR location, with an initial 2-month schedule of 6am–6am Monday through Thursday to acclimate new associates.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Two to five years related experience or training.
• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts of inventory locations and update the system accordingly.
• Research and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory; log errors as directed by supervisor.
• Validate dating of products and update records as needed.
• Conduct daily inbound receiving audits; identify root causes of variances and report to Operations.
• Respond to item checks and coordinate item transfers within the warehouse.
• Coordinate handling of obsolete or at-risk inventory (vendor returns, recalls, donations).
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
• Other duties as assigned.
