Job summary

Macy's Distribution Center is seeking ICQA Troubleshooters to ensure inventory integrity and accurate cycle counts within the warehouse environment. You will engage in problem solving to correct inventory and operational issues while supporting financial controls and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, root-cause analysis, locating missing products, completing daily tasks, and assisting in training new hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret English safety rules and procedures.
• Good communication with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Proficient with computers and handheld devices.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Physically count, move boxes and use lifts to perform cycle counts of warehouse items.
• Research and locate missing product.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide feedback on inventory issues to Supervisor and/or management.
• Completion of the daily task list.
• Assist in training new hires in department processes.
