Job summary

Creative Innovation Inc. is seeking an ICQA Specialist to manage inventory control and quality assurance in our Houston warehouse. You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure inventory records align with the WMS.

Responsibilities include verifying quantities, tracing root causes, and reporting inventory issues. Candidates should have at least 1 year in similar roles and be fluent in English and Chinese to support diverse operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or ICQA.
• Experience with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Proficient with WMS, Excel, computers or tablets.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and scheduled cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Verify that physical inventory quantities and locations match WMS records.
• Investigate shortages, overages, misplaced inventory, damaged products, and system discrepancies.
• Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor accuracy of receiving, put-away, inventory transfers, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Review receiving, shipping, and inventory documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Track mis-shipments, missing items, damaged products, and other inventory quality issues.
• Maintain inventory records and prepare reports using WMS and Excel.
