Job summary

YQN Logistics is seeking a data-driven Quality & Risk Analyst to identify, flag, and track quality and risk issues across warehouses within assigned regions. The role emphasizes building dashboards, data sources, and AI-driven processes to surface actionable insights.

The candidate will perform on-site inspections, translate discrepancies into measurable metrics, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with the operations team. Strong data skills and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, quality management, or related field.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to independently extract data and deliver conclusions.
• Uses AI tools as a standard part of daily work for data processing, analysis, reporting, and automation.
• Able to automate repetitive monitoring and analysis work and codify them into reusable rules and methods.
• Open to new AI tools and ways of working and able to apply them to business scenarios.
• Strong communication skills to present issues to warehouse supervisors and management and drive corrective action.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Produce, validate, and analyze data to surface quality and risk issues.
• Expand data sources required for quality management for ongoing collection.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistent data definitions.
• Conduct data-based analysis, diagnose issues, and identify root causes.
• Build and maintain quality monitoring dashboards and models.
• Own early-warning responsibility for operational quality and risk across warehouses.
• Track issues to closure and verify resolutions with data.
• Perform on-site inspections against standards and deliver reports with evidence.
• Identify discrepancies between on-site conditions and system data and convert to actionable metrics.
• Deliver quality improvement recommendations and verify outcomes.
