Qualifications

• ServSafe certification required. Food Manager Certification preferred.
• Experience with cash and electronic payments.
• Experience operating POS systems and handling orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently, safely, and efficiently.
• Operate commercial gas-powered fryers, grills, griddles, and other kiosk equipment.
• Receive and process walk-up, takeout, online, and delivery orders.
• Accurately operate the POS system and handle customer payments.
• Monitor orders from third-party delivery platforms and prepare them for driver pickup.
• Package and label food correctly for takeout and delivery.
• Provide friendly and efficient service at the walk-up window.
• Communicate order status and expected preparation times to customers and delivery drivers.
• Coordinate with the second kiosk team member to manage cooking, order assembly, and customer service.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Perform food preparation and restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
