Job summary

Pacer Group in the United States seeks a Senior Icertis Administrator to own the ICI platform, handling administration, configuration, optimization, governance, and ongoing support of the enterprise CLM environment.

You will partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and IT to streamline contract lifecycle processes, automate workflows, manage integrations, and drive continuous platform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform.
• Configure workflows, templates, clauses, forms, reports, permissions, and security models.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design CLM solutions.
• Manage integrations with enterprise SaaS applications and downstream systems.
• Lead platform enhancements, release management, governance, and production support.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency, compliance, and user adoption.
• Serve as the organization's Icertis/CLM subject matter expert.

POSITION OVERVIEW
