Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of general management duties including overseeing program operations.
• Ensure legal waivers are submitted, kept, and recorded in a timely manner.
• Responsible for all transactions and financial reporting.
• Responsible for the opening and closing of the ice rink.
• Coordinate and lead ice rink associates and volunteers to ensure quality customer service.
• Assist with scheduling as needed.
• Enforce skating rules and rink procedures.
• Responsible for safety and compliance.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and report incidents to supervisors.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to keep the facility operational for customers.
• Ensure policies are followed by staff.
