Job summary

BPX Midstream is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to oversee Instrumentation, Controls & Electrical (ICE) maintenance across Midstream facilities in the United States. You will provide day-to-day leadership, technical guidance, and field direction to ICE technicians while coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, Projects, and contractor partners.

Qualifications

Significant maintenance experience in oil and gas or related industries.
Experience leading maintenance personnel or teams.
Proficient in instrumentation, automation, process control, and electrical systems; experience with SAP/Maximo.

Responsibilities

Lead ICE maintenance across Midstream facilities and coordinate priorities with operations, engineering, scheduling, and projects.
Provide day-to-day leadership, technical direction, and field oversight of technicians.
Champion safety, control of work, energy isolation, and operating discipline in all maintenance activities.
Coordinate maintenance priorities with other disciplines and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Support outages, equipment upgrades, commissioning, start-up, and management of change activities.
