Job summary

PBF Energy seeks a Lead Staff Engineer, Electrical to provide leadership for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Analyzer Engineering at the refinery. You will ensure safety and reliability of electrical distribution, instrumentation, analyzers, and related infrastructure that support safe and efficient refinery operations.

This hands-on leader will manage a team of engineers, oversee contract resources, and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Projects, Turnarounds, and Process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
10+ years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Analyzer Engineers to support refinery objectives.
Provide leadership in process safety, personnel safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
