Easy Ice is seeking a Technician II in Topeka, KS to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial ice machines. You will lead on-site service, diagnose issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction while keeping vehicles and stock organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Vocational/Technical Training preferred.
• EPA 2 Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service during on-site visits and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Manage installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks for ice machines.
• Document actions with photos, reports, forms and logs, maintaining clear maintenance records.
• Maintain proper truck stock and company vehicle cleanliness and readiness.
