Job summary

Easy Ice in Topeka, KS is seeking a Technician II to join our service team. You’ll install, maintain and repair commercial ice machines, diagnose issues on-site and ensure high uptime while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role requires a 1+ year related experience, EPA 2 certification, and ability to work a full-time schedule, including on-call rotations. You’ll train junior techs, manage on-site tasks, and help keep company vehicles and stock organized.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 1+ year experience diagnosing and repairing commercial equipment (ice machines, refrigeration, electrical, HVAC).
• EPA 2 Certification.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, clean, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ice machine equipment on-site.
• Provide outstanding service and support during field visits and build positive customer relationships.
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians and complete detailed service reports.
