Easy Ice seeks a Technician II in Oklahoma City, OK to deliver on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial ice machines. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service and clear communication.

The role requires a proactive, high-energy person with strong problem-solving skills, capable of leading install efforts and mentoring junior techs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; EPA 2 Certification preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, clean, maintain, troubleshoot ice machines and related equipment.
• Lead installation tasks and ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Diagnose issues on-site and resolve them to maximize uptime.
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians as needed.
• Maintain proper truck stock, vehicle cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Document service details with clear records and photos.
