Job summary

Easy Ice is hiring an Entry Level Commercial Refrigeration Technician HVAC-R in Lenexa, KS. You will install, service, and clean ice machines, perform preventative maintenance, and assist senior technicians while maintaining records and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in a technical, customer-focused role, and a willingness to learn ice machine repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 1-2 years in a customer-service oriented technical role or equivalent.
• Experience with ice machines or HVAC maintenance is a plus.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and clean ice machines; assist in troubleshooting.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Maintain truck stock, vehicle cleanliness, and organized records.
• Document actions during service visits with photos and forms.
