Job summary

Easy Ice seeks a Refurb Technician I to refurbish and repair ice machines, ensuring optimal performance for customers. The role works with the Technical Services and Logistics teams to maintain quality and timely service. Two years HVAC experience is desired, with EPA 608 certification preferred.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to learn quickly, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish and repair ice machines to Easy Ice standards.
• Prepare equipment for turnaround and shipping.
• Document refurb/repair work accurately.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and Logistics teams for workflow.
• Maintain warehouse standards and safety compliance.
• Source equipment and manage inventory of supplies.
• Keep vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance checks.
