Qualifications

• Customer service oriented technical role experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems related to ice machines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize service calls.
• Familiarity with documenting service activities and forms.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and clean ice machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine inspections per SOPs.
• Document actions with photos, forms, and logs; maintain clear records.
• Manage truck stock, delivery/pickup of ice, and vehicle cleanliness.
• Support senior technicians and help ensure timely, accurate service to customers.
