Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist for a part-time role (25 hours or less per week) across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. The position focuses on hand-dipped cones, shakes, and other treats while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly guest service using the Hi Five Guest Experience
• Prepare and serve shakes, malts, cones, and other ice cream/food items
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions accurately
• Maintain stocked shelves, freezers, and dip cabinet, manage dates
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver warm, authentic service
• Prepare DipSide items and beverages
• Handle transactions and protect cash with proper drop procedures
• Keep equipment and areas clean and well-maintained
• Assist in safety and loss-prevention practices
