Job summary

Sundae Ice Cream is looking for a Shift Leader to guide a small team and deliver joy through ice cream. This role offers full time or part time positions with daytime or evening shifts and a total compensation between $18.50 and $23.00 per hour, including base and tips.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about serving others, a strong team player, self-motivated, trustworthy, and coachable. Growth opportunities and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Some foodservice experience preferred.
• Must be 16 or older.
• Must have availability throughout the summer season (approx. 9/30/2026).
• Availability throughout the winter season is preferred (approx. 4/15/2027).

Responsibilities

• Open the store timely, alone or with a team.
• Prepare food items confidently and manage stock levels.
• Communicate with customers warmly and maintain product knowledge.
• Handle cash accurately and perform closing cash-out procedures.
• Demonstrate Sundae's customer service standards with leadership.
• Participate in staff meetings and assist with cleaning tasks.
• Lead a shift to ensure positive customer interactions, portion control, and cleanliness.
