Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Some foodservice experience preferred
• Must be 16 or older
• Passionate about customer service

Responsibilities

• Lead a team during a shift with positive customer interactions
• Open and close the store with a team or alone
• Maintain stock levels and prepare items to par levels
• Know product details and service standards; communicate them
• Promote loyalty programs and seasonal promotions
• Handle cash responsibly and perform cash-out procedures
