You’ll represent the brand with hospitality, scoop all menu items, and help maintain cleanliness and safety. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and work at least three shifts weekly, including nights past midnight.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Genuine passion for ice cream and desserts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high-energy.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for at least 3 shifts per week, including late nights.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly with enthusiasm and hospitality.
• Scooping and serving all menu items with quality and presentation.
• Educate guests on flavors, ingredients, and special offerings.
• Prepare fresh, house-made menu items daily.
• Operate the Square POS system for checkout.
• Follow all food safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Complete daily tasks like stocking, inventory, and cleaning.
• Adhere to Van Leeuwen's safety, grooming, and conduct standards.
• Prepare toppings and process fruit while ensuring quality.
• Operate frozen yogurt machines including opening/closing procedures.
• Keep equipment and workspace clean and restocked.
