New City Microcreamery in Shirley, MA is seeking a Production Manager to orchestrate daily ice cream production with clarity and hands-on leadership. You will translate inventory data into a concrete plan, coordinate scheduling, and ensure timely shipments to shops and distributors.

The role emphasizes organized operations, reliability, and the ability to adapt during peak seasons. Experience with Restaurant365 or similar systems is a plus; training is provided for the right candidate.

Responsabilidades

• Create daily production plan from inventory, par levels, orders, and demand.
• Maintain finished goods levels for shops and distributors.
• Order ingredients, packaging, and supplies to keep production moving.
• Lead the floor, set expectations, and drive accountability.
• Manage receiving and outbound orders for accuracy.
• Monitor attendance and performance with leadership support when needed.
• Support all production stages from base making to sanitation.
• Keep records in Restaurant365 or similar system.
• Identify shortages or delays and communicate early to prevent disruptions.
