Love Creamery is a small-batch ice cream producer known for locavore flavors and seasonal releases. The Bakery Associate role focuses on high-volume production, ensuring quality ingredients and consistent results across the kitchen.

Qualifications

Experience in hands-on bakery production.
Ability to follow recipes precisely and scale batches.
Strong focus on cleanliness, organization and food safety.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen and collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

Prepare baked goods, toppings, sauces, inclusions and house-made ingredients for ice cream production.
Follow recipes accurately and scale batches based on production needs.
Produce fresh, high-quality bakery items consistently; taste and evaluate flavor.
Label, date, package and store finished goods and ingredients properly.
