The goal is simple: ensure we have the right pints and tubs at the right par levels so our scoop shops and distributor partners get what they need, when they need it.

Lead the production floor by setting expectations, keeping the team focused, and driving accountability.
Manage receiving and outbound order preparation to ensure accuracy for shops and distribution partners.
Handle attendance and performance concerns directly and fairly, with leadership support when needed.

Identify shortages, delays, or process issues early and communicate clearly to prevent disruptions.
Strong planning skills and reliability in a fast-moving environment.
Lead with clear expectations, follow-through, and respect for the people doing the work.
Comfort working with inventory, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and basic administrative systems.
Hands-on mindset and willingness to learn the full ice cream production process.
Calm, clear communication and attention to detail.
Flexibility during peak season, with a willingness to step up as needs change.
Were happy to train. Helpful qualifications include:
PCQI certification.
ServSafe or other food-safety certification.
Food manufacturing, GMP, HACCP, or sanitation experience.
Experience with large-batch or similar manufacturing equipment.
