Job summary

The Ice Cream Operator at Idaho Milk Products will operate and monitor equipment used in ice cream production and packaging, including mixing, freezing, extrusion, and filling. You will help ensure product quality and safety while supporting efficient production flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training in food processing preferred.
• Prior dairy or food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate ice cream production equipment including mixers, freezers, and extrusion.
• Monitor quality checks for weight, texture, flavor accuracy, and packaging.
• Maintain sanitation and follow FDA, HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and troubleshoot.
