Idaho Milk Products is seeking a Night Shift Ice Cream Intake/HTST Mix Operator in Jerome, ID. You will receive raw ingredients, operate HTST pasteurization, and prepare ice cream mixes per strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring temperatures and flow, maintaining cleanliness, and documenting production activities. 1–2 years dairy experience preferred; high school diploma required; night shift, Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in dairy or food manufacturing preferred.
• HTST experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify raw dairy ingredients for accuracy and quality.
• Operate HTST pasteurization equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and blend ice cream mixes according to formulations and schedules.
• Follow HACCP, SQF, and FDA guidelines for safety and sanitation.
