Idaho Milk Products in Jerome, Idaho is seeking a Case Palletizer Operator to operate and maintain automated case packing, palletizing, and end‑of‑line packaging equipment for ice cream and frozen desserts. You will ensure correct product and pallet configurations, monitor lines for downtime, and support packaging line efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior experience in manufacturing or dairy environments; basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
• Experience with automated palletizing / case packing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated case packers, palletizers, conveyors, stretch wrappers, and related end-of-line packaging equipment.
• Verify correct product, carton, case, and pallet configurations prior to and during production runs.
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure efficient product flow and minimize downtime.
• Perform equipment startups, shutdowns, changeovers, and line clearances.
• Ensure finished products are properly packed, stacked, wrapped, and prepared for transfer.
