Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist for a part-time schedule (25 hours or less per week). The role involves making hand-dipped cones, shakes, malted beverages, and food items while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

You will operate the POS system, manage gas transactions, stock and maintain clean, safe store conditions, and assist Guests with a warm, authentic service experience. The position requires fluency in English and the ability to lift 10 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Part-time availability (25 hours or less per week).
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and work in cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, cones, and other hand-dipped items for Guests.
• Operate POS terminal and gas console, handle transactions and sales accurately.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, coffee pots, and ensure proper product rotation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, follow all policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
