Job summary

Dillard’s Ice Cream & Desserts in Greenville, SC is seeking part-time team members to scoop ice cream, prepare desserts, and provide excellent guest service.

Day and Evening shifts are available (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM). Responsibilities include serving customers, handling transactions, keeping the shop clean, stocking supplies, and ensuring food safety.

Qualifications

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work assigned shift times.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive scooping motions.

Responsibilities

• Scoop ice cream, prepare sundaes, and build specialty dessert orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary shop environment, including counters, seating areas, and equipment.
• Assist with stocking ice cream tubs, toppings, and serving supplies.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service to maintain our great store atmosphere.

Position Overview

We are hiring team members to assist with daily operations, serve ice cream and specialty desserts, and deliver excellent customer service to our guests.

Available Shifts
