Responsibilities include assisting patrons within the Ice Arena, ensuring safety, and maintaining cleanliness. The ideal candidate should be at least 16 years old, able to follow directions, and have some experience in customer service. This role provides an engaging work environment that supports staff development and interaction with diverse individuals.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions in English.
• Previous cashier and/or customer service work experience helpful.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service for members and guests.

• Monitor recreation activity in the venue.
• Handle cash and operate point-of-sale (POS) system.
