Preferred Qualifications Position Summary This position will be responsible for online coaching, vetting lesson plans, and creating exemplar lesson plans to support the instructional conversation professional learning community. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Working knowledge of online conversation platforms. Working with several schools in the Walton Co. District. Ability to communicate very well verbally and in written form. Maintain organization and stay on task with minimal oversight. Duties/Responsibilities Offer coaching support in the Instructional Conversation for educators in the CLASE IC Professional Learning Community (e.g. teachers, administrators, family engagement specialists, etc.) This support would include online office hours, webinars, blogs, and other district-specific support as needed, etc. Percentage of time 40 Duties/Responsibilities Assess JPA lesson plans submitted by educators in the CLASE IC Professional Learning Community and offer feedback Percentage of time 30 Duties/Responsibilities Write exemplar JPA lesson plans to be uploaded onto the CLASE IC Professional Learning Platform for use by educators in the IC Professional Learning Community Percentage of time 30
