The University of Georgia in Athens is looking for a Coordinator for Instructional Development to enhance educational programs and support faculty and graduate students. The University of Georgia seeks an organized and thoughtful individual to join the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) as a Coordinator for Instructional Development. The coordinator will report to the Senior Associate Director for Teaching and Learning and collaborate with CTL personnel to develop and execute plans and protocols for effective operations, oversee implementation of programs and services, coordinate external initiatives, and provide training, consultations, and support to faculty and graduate students across the campus.
Minimum qualifications: A terminal degree or completion of a terminal degree within six months of start date.
Additional requirements: At least one year of teaching experience in higher education and a demonstrated commitment to improving teaching based on research on teaching and learning.
Work is performed in‑person and in an office environment, requiring the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
