St. Michael’s Inc. is seeking a Contractor Program Manager to lead a large DoW/IC contracts program in a hybrid Springfield, VA setting.

The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, budget, schedule, and performance accountability, with primary liaison duties to the COR and Government PM. Requirements include an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI access, PMP or comparable certification, and extensive PM experience managing sizable multi-FTE programs.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
• PMP certification or comparable credential is preferred.
• Master’s degree with 7+ years PM experience or Bachelor’s with 10+ years PM experience managing large contracts.
• Experience managing programs within the DoW/IC environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, and administer contract activities to ensure program success within budget, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as the primary management point of contact for the IC program and contractor team.
• Oversee contract task execution and ensure timely delivery of reports and contract deliverables.
• Support performance, financials, burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, and security deliverables.
• Maintain regular communication with COR, Government Program Manager, and key stakeholders.
• Provide visibility into contractor performance, risks, and resolution plans.
• Develop knowledge of IC programs at both programmatic and technical levels.
