Job summary

St. Michael's Inc. is seeking a Contractor Program Manager to lead a large IC contract in a hybrid Springfield, VA environment.

You will direct, manage, and administer contract activities to ensure on-time, on-budget program execution with regular reporting to COR and Government Program Manager. The role requires active Top-Secret clearance with SCI access, a Master's in a business field (or a BA with 10+ years of PM leadership), PMP or equivalent, and experience managing ~100 FTEs in IC/DoW

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI access
• Master's degree in business-related field or Bachelor's with 10+ years PM experience
• PMP certification or equivalent program management certification
• Experience managing large programs/contracts within DoW/IC environments

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, and administer contract activities to ensure successful program execution within budget, schedule, and performance requirements
• Serve as the primary management point of contact for the IC program and contractor support team
• Oversee contract task execution and ensure timely delivery of reports, plans, and contract deliverables
• Support all contract/subcontract activities related to performance, financials, burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, and modifications
• Maintain regular communication with the COR, Government Program Manager, and stakeholders
• Provide visibility into contractor performance, risks, issues, and resolution plans
• Develop and maintain knowledge of IC programs at both programmatic and technical levels
