SHINE Systems seeks a Construction Manager to support an Intelligence Community customer. You will provide day‑to‑day owner representation, coordinate with contractors, and manage projects through lifecycle with focus on scope, budget, and timeline.

The role requires expertise in construction drawings, specifications, and industry practices, plus strong stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex projects.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop project management plans.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams of architects and engineers.
• Review designs for changes to government facilities.
• Assist with management of project designs and construction.
• Coordinate projects with field personnel.
• Conduct inspections for conformance to design and codes.
• Provide official weekly project status reports.
• Prepare and distribute project communication with stakeholders.
